Dr. Keiko’s Healthy Soup
Dr. Keiko reveals that like most elderly people, her body began to experience some problems.
“At the age of 75, during my annual checkup, I was diagnosed with high blood pressure and blood sugar levels. I also had appendicitis and my immune system was starting to weaken,” said Dr. Keiko.
When she saw that her body was starting to weaken, Dr. Keiko decided to change her diet to restore her health.
“I started eating vegetable soup every day. Studies have shown that vegetables contain antioxidants that can improve heart health and prevent cancer. Eating vegetable soup helped me control my blood pressure better after a while,” explains Dr. Keiko.
Dr. Keiko says the vegetable soup she eats every day is made with simple and readily available ingredients: onions, carrots, cabbage, broccoli, celery, tomatoes, and asparagus. *Dr. Keiko adds the finely chopped vegetables to water and simmers them over low heat for about 30 minutes. Dr. Keiko says that people can choose other vegetables to suit their preferences.
“When making soup, I don’t use any seasonings, including salt. And I just drink the naturally sweet soup made from the vegetables I choose,” Dr. Keiko emphasizes.
Dr. Keiko says that eating vegetable soup without seasoning regularly has done wonders for her taste buds.
“Because I got used to eating vegetable soup without seasonings, I could taste the food more bland. My body could no longer tolerate spicy food. As a result, I was able to naturally reduce my salt and sugar intake. Of course, I still have salt, soy sauce, and other seasonings in my kitchen. But I usually use them in very small quantities,” says Dr. Keiko.
Reducing the amount of this seasoning was one of the factors that helped Dr. Keiko effectively improve her blood pressure and blood sugar levels.
In addition, many vegetables such as onions, carrots, cabbage, broccoli, celery, tomatoes, and asparagus are rich in fiber, vitamins A, C, B6, K, E, minerals such as potassium, magnesium, calcium. As well as sulforaphane, beta-carotene, เว็บพนันออนไลน์ UFABET สมัครง่าย โปรโมชั่นมากมาย and lycopene. These nutrients can help protect the body from oxidative stress, reduce chronic inflammation, and effectively prevent cancer and heart disease.
Dr. Keiko says it’s never too late to start building healthy habits. She recommends that everyone try this vegetable soup method every day to keep their bodies strong and energized all the time.
